name (including subdomains), the "InstantTV Website", or
"Website", and the InstantTV Apps (ÒAppsÓ) as available in the Apple
App Store, Google Play Store or any other stores), YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ASSENT TO
RECORDTV'S PRIVACY NOTICE. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then
please do not use the InstantTV App(s).

restricted by applicable law, you agree that any and all personal
information/data relating to you collected by RecordTV from time to time may be
used and disclosed for such purposes and to such persons.
(b) Your
information is obtained to make the site easier for you to use by not having to
enter your information more than once. We may also periodically use your
information to alert you to updated information and new services on RecordTV.
(c) RecordTV
provides you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct
and current. You may update this information at any time. You may also elect to

of RecordTV including but not limited to sales, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies
and the like. You agree that RecordTV may use and provide to third parties the
said information that you provide except as indicated.

personally identifiable information listed below:
